We are a small, single-member LLC real estate investment company based in Northern California. Our current investment markets are in Portland, Oregon and Cleveland, Ohio.

Focus

We are primarily focused on single family homes and smaller multi-family (4-12 unit) properties.

Strategy

Our strategy is to acquire buy-and-hold properties for both cash flow and appreciation depending on the property location. We aim to have these wealth-generating vehicles complement one another and help us eventually scale into other markets.
