• Submit payments

• View account balance

Utilities

Before or on your move-in date, please be sure to setup utilities:

• Electricity: The Illuminating Company | 1-888-544-4877 | firstenergycorp.com/illuminating_company.html

• Gas: Dominion Energy | 800-362-7557 | dominionenergy.com

• Water and Sewer: Bills for water and sewer will be applied to your Cozy account balance since that must remain under the property owner's name
